TOOLS TO INCREASE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AT WORK
Abstract
This article examines the problem of staff involvement in work as a key factor affecting the effectiveness and productivity of organizations. In a rapidly changing market and highly competitive environment, employee engagement is becoming an important aspect of strategic human resource management. The main components of engagement, such as motivation, job satisfaction and corporate culture, are investigated. The methods of assessing the level of engagement are analyzed, as well as practical recommendations for improving it.
