Abstract

Prosecutor's supervision is an activity of the prosecutor regulated by the norms of the criminal procedure law, which is expressed in ensuring the legality of actions performed by the subjects of the preliminary investigation, as well as to reduce the level of violations. The issue of expanding the powers of the prosecutor in the framework of supervision is relevant today, since the number of violations at the stages of pre-trial proceedings is quite high. Therefore, minimizing them is an important task for both legislators and law enforcement officials.
