Abstract

This article explores the topic of judicial proceedings in criminal cases, which were investigated in a shorter form. Due to the numerous differences of this form of investigation from the investigation in the general order, it is of particular interest to study the features of the prosecutor's participation in criminal cases of this category. The prosecutor's role involves several functions, including maintaining the state's case in court and overseeing the rule of law at all stages of criminal proceedings.
