AN AUTOORDINATION APPROACH IN PSYCHOLOGY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY IN DEALING WITH HUMAN PSYCHOSOMATIC PROBLEMS
Abstract
The article presents a modern view of psychosomatic problems in the 21st century, taking into account the advances in psychology, neurophysiology and psychophysiology. Key psychosomatic conditions such as panic attacks, emotional burnout and psychogenic disorders are reviewed, with emphasis on their complex interrelationship of the psyche and body. Particular attention is paid to the autoordination approach in psychology and psychotherapy (non-medical) as an innovative method aimed at natural restoration of the regulatory mechanisms of the psyche and body. Prospects of its application in practice of autoordination (non-medical)psychologist-psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, psychosomatologist, neurologist, psychiatrist are discussed, but on condition of studying the natural-psychic method of autoordination psychotherapy (non-medical) in LLC "IIPPAA" and further studies
