SOME PROBLEMS OF CONSIDERATION OF CITIZENS' APPEALS BY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES

Abstract

The scientific article provides a description of certain problematic aspects that arise during the implementation of the function of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, which involves the consideration and resolution of appeals from citizens and organizations. The author analyzes the opinions of scholars and concludes that there is a significant gap in the departmental act that requires unification with federal legislation in order to reduce the number of unjustified transfers of citizens' appeals. Additionally, there are technical and personnel issues within the Prosecutor's Office.
