PROBLEMS OF THE PROSECUTOR'S PARTICIPATION AT THE STAGE OF JUDICIAL EVIDENCE IN A CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract

This scientific article provides a description of the prosecutor's participation in the judicial process of proving a criminal case. During the research, the authors identify specific issues that negatively impact the effectiveness of the prosecutor's role as a public prosecutor during the judicial investigation. The main challenges revolve around addressing violations in the evidence collected by the preliminary investigation authorities. Additionally, difficulties arise in the process of presenting evidence by the prosecution. The article concludes with a recommendation for amendments to the criminal procedure law.
